a. Server Join/Leave Events

When Privilix is added to or removed from a server, we record:

• Server (Guild) ID
• Event type (added or removed)
• Timestamp of the event

b. Server Configuration Data

If your server uses features that require settings or configuration, those settings are stored only while the bot remains in the server.

Privilix does not collect:

• Message content
• Moderation logs
• User messages
• Personal user data
• Analytics or tracking information

3. Why We Collect This Information

The above data is used solely for:

• Operating the bot's features
• Maintaining correct server-specific settings
• Understanding join/leave patterns
• Ensuring smooth bot functionality

No data is used for profiling, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

4. Automatic Data Deletion

When Privilix is removed from a server:

• All server-related data is automatically and permanently deleted
• This includes server settings, stored preferences, and any operational data tied to that server

This deletion happens without needing to request it manually.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices
• Only the developer(s) of Privilix have access
• No data is shared, sold, or transferred to third parties

6. Data Retention

• Server join/leave records are kept for bot growth tracking
• All server settings and configurations are retained only while the bot is in that server
• You may request deletion of join/leave metadata at any time

7. Data Removal Requests

Server owners or authorized admins can request deletion of any remaining data by contacting:

Requests are handled in a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy

Privilix follows Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under the legally required age.

9. Third-Party Services

Privilix does not use any third-party analytics, data processors, or external services that collect user data.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of Privilix after updates indicates acceptance.
